The Registrar of Companies is the production unit of RAK ICC and is responsible for establishing business relationships, incorporating offshore companies through licensed registered agents, and ensuring all rules and regulations are strictly adhered to.​
For Agents
Registered Agent business covers the business of providing management services, administration services and processing services. At present our Registered Agent are Legal Consultancies, Chartered Accounting Firms, and Business Consultancies.
