The CEO, Mr. Peter-Michael Schuster, has been in Ras Al Khaimah since 2006 setting up and developing Ras Al Khaimah as an international known jurisdiction for the formation of International Business Companies (IBCs).

As of 2015 RAK ICC is the sole Governmental entity in charge of registering IBCs and providing additional services.

RAK ICC was established on the 11th of May 2015 by Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, as an independent governmental centre. RAK ICC is the sole entity in Ras Al Khaimah for the incorporation of International Business Companies. As such we pride ourselves in providing world-class service to our customers and assisting them will all matters related to Offshore Companies.
